PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

Present: Pussy Snatcher, Bam Bam, Diddy Dicker, Crapper, AFC, Arseaholic, Marathon Man, Mental Disorder, Sperm Polluter, Jellobutt, Bannanas

• Pussy Snatcher called the meeting to order at 6 pm.

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances: Bam Bam.
  Finances continue to be in good shape with essentially no change in Cash and Assets from last month.
  
  

• Previous Runs:
  Thank you Marathon Man for volunteering to hare the last run on short notice.
  
  Reminder to hares: sunset time and travel time from Pattaya to the A-site s/b taken into consideration when planning trail length. We would like for all runners and walkers to have a chance to finish the trail before twilight. In addition the GM will modify the length of the first circle to ensure on out is no later than 16:15, assuming hash transport has arrived by then.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: The Bar Hops continue to be well attended. Thank you Diddy Dicker for organizing the monthly Bar Hops.

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: Run #69, hared by Sugar Daddy was well attended, especially considering the rainy weather preceding the run. Those in attendance were presented with commemorative Run #69 mugs, donated by Sugar Daddy.
  
  Lunar Run hare line is now open. Anyone interested in haring a Lunar Run, please contact the Lunar GM, AFC.
  
  

• Rags: Rags sales are doing great thanks to the efforts of Diddy Dicker. Some of the women’s stock is in need a replenishment, along with a restock of the pharmacy.
  
  The Jungle is still looking for additional volunteers to help out with rag sales. If are interested in helping, please contact mismanagement.

• Website: Up to date. Webmaster, Bam Bam, is considering  adding to the sponsors page a place for our sponsors to advertise parties and events they may be hosting. Also under consideration is the creation of a FB page as another avenue to help promote our sponsors events. The idea being we want to give our old and new Jungle sponsors additional incentive for sponsoring the Jungle.
  
  

• Hare Line: The hare line health is much improved. A big thank you to Oh No, Atomic Muff Diver and Love Boat for volunteering to hare the upcoming New Year's Day run. Next open run date is now 19 March.
  
  For those that have never hared a run or have not hared in a long time, now is the time to step up and grab an open date.
  
  

• General Business:
  - Brewmaster For Next AGM Year: We are still looking for one or more volunteers to help out as brewmaster for the next GM year. Expect a push to come up with a plan action after the 1st of the year.
  
  For the next AGM year, transport and storage of stock is not an issue, we just need a person or persons to handle loading/unloading and inventory control of beer stocks. Options considered for handling brewmaster duties if a volunteer doesn’t step forward; rotation of brewmasters, contracting out brewmaster duties, BYOB hash.
  
  Now is your chance to step up and help out the Jungle by volunteering to fill this very important position. At the very least, take a moment to consider all the work and logistics that go into pulling off a hash run every two weeks. All done by volunteers which everyone needs to do their part in helping out.
  
  Xmas Dinner: Date will be Friday, 23 December. Venue is La Cuisine Au Beurre. Seating limited to 53. There are currently 37 paid reservations. Cutoff for paid reservations is 18 December. Absolutely no last minute reservations will be accepted.
  
  Aussie Run: Diddy Dicker & Bam Bam working on lining up sponsors for t-shirt. Requested help from others in asking sponsors to donate for placement on the t-shirt.
  
  Bananas B’Day Run: To mark Bananas 7th decade of birthdays, he would like to hare a run to mark the special occasion. As it happens, his b’day is also a Jungle hash day (20 August) so he is now down as hare for that date. Of course, Bananas being Bananas he’ll need help haring. So if you can co-hare, please let him know.
  
  Jungle Outstation Run: Jellobutt proposed a Jungle Outstation Run to be held on Ko Sichang. A good discussion on logistics and dates ensued. It was decided the 5th Sunday in July, 2017 (30 July) would be ideal as the outstation run wouldn’t replace a regularly scheduled run, but would fill an otherwise open run date. Email will be sent and website updated with a proposed itinerary and approx costs once Jellobutt has had a chance to research options. We’ll also provide an online form to register hashers interest in an outstation run. A minimum number showing interest will be needed for the outstation run to happen.
