PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

Present: Jellobutt, Pussy Snatcher, Bam Bam, Sperm Polluter, Assbandit, Cannon Ball, Diddy Dicker, Beetroot Head, Assholio, Crap Thai

• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances:
  Cash and assets increased by 3,477 baht from the March 3 (run #415) run. Mismanagement feels the hash cash is in good condition.
  
  

• Previous Runs: Assbandit and Speedo Pete the hares. Good trial, food, "A" site. No issues. 61 sign ups, 97% bus utilization, and 3.8 average units of beer was consumed per hasher.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: Last month 7 hashers attended. The next Chimps Night Out is April 24. Diddy Dicker won't be in town. Beetroot Head will lead the way on the bar hop. Meet Boomerang Bar at 18:00.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: AFC is MIA. Nothing planned.
  
  

• Rags: All good.

• Website/FB: All good.

• Hare Line: Hareline is code Red, meaning we need hares for the May 5th run. Our tradition is not to pressure hashers to stand up and hare runs but we do believe in gently and politely "encouraging" participants to step up and volunteer to lay trails. If you haven't layed a trail since last May, do consider it proper and inspirational to come forward and do a run. If anyone needs assistance, transportation, gps, paper, or sticks to make checks, come talk to a veteran hasher and we will set you up.
  
  

• General Business:
  - Mismanagement approved that the May 19, AGM run can run a food bill up to 2,500 baht, an increase of 1000 baht for the run.
  - St. Georges shirt is being printed. See The Wizard for ordering your shirt.
