PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

3 September, 2019 at Easy R-Con Bar

Present: Cannon Ball, Diddy Dicker, Jackal, Bam Bam, Sperm Polluter, Bananas, Mad Cow, Pussy Snatcher, Supa Dick, Bananas, Ging Gang Goolies

• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances:
  Cash and Assets decreased by 5,322 baht since the last meeting, which is normal during low season. Thanks to Squeeze My Tube for cooking excellent food.

• Previous Runs: Good Food,Good run.Thanks Mad Cow for the cheese.Thanks hares for your work.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: Successful about 11 hashers. Next Bar Hop, 18 September, start from Mr. Bean Bar, New Plaza at 18:00.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: None scheduled.
  
  

• Rags: In good shape

• Website/FB: Up to date. Bam Bam & Pussy Snatcher working on routines to automatically update website based on run and membership data stored in Google Sheets. When completed Bam Bam will no longer have to manually update run report, run records, membership, and next run pages.

• Hare Line: Condition Orange. Next open run date 3 November.
  - 20 October hares are Squeeze My Tube, Pussy No. Three, Casper, Pink Dolphin, Bell End. It was agreed for this run all hares are free.
  - Hares Important Notice:  When you select your A-Site you will need to provide one of the following to accurately pinpoint your A-Site location.
    If a previous run used the A-Site, provide the run no.
    Or provide GPS coordinates, latitude/longitude of your A-Site
    Or give clear and concise directions on how to get to your A-Site
  
  - Hares will be in charge of spending accordingly for food, chips and fruit.
  
  

• General Business:
  - The trend is more hashers are switching to drinking My Beer instead of Leo. We’ll bring an extra case of My Beer and one less of Leo.
  - Full Moon will be back in stock for the next run.
  - Hash notice board has now been installed at our new hash bar, the Boxing Roo.

• Next meeting 1 October at the Easy R-Con Bar, all hashers invited.
