PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances:
  Cash and Assets decreased 3,937B from the prior month
  
  Last run had a deficit of 2,765 baht without rags profit, 2,609 baht deficit with rags profit. A very low turnout of 39 hashers with 95% bus capacity utilization and 51% of the hashers used their own transport,
  
  Mismanagement discussed reasons for the large deficit this run and Bam Bam brought up a good point that in his observations, whenever beer consumption exceeds 4 beers per hasher, the run turns into a deficit. Less than 4 beers per hasher, the run tends to be in the black. This run had 4.5 units beer consumed, hence following this trend of deficit.
  
  Speedo Pete in absentee to the meeting wrote in email that although he was off trail coming in to On On, he noticed many hashers who wait at the A site, quickly running to the beer. Also, it was called to the attention of the GM that perhaps, in some instances, he may start the food earlier than 6pm and end the circle earlier than 8pm to preserve beer consumption.
  
  With this in mind, mismanagement agreed that there could be an official "time keeper" that advises the GM they could start the food earlier, and end the circle earlier than 8pm. In this case, the GM will ask either Pussy Snatcher and/or Bam Bam to inform him on the time and if we should start proceedings earlier to conserve beer consumption.
  
  

• Previous Runs: Run 403. Paper a bit thin in size, and color brown is not as good as a bright white as brown tends to blend into the nature. Recommended color is white and best purchased as ordinary copy paper by the ream (80 baht at Friendship). Other than a few confused runners where paper was scarce, the trail was as expected considering the location which is heavily used by all local hash kennels. The food was excellent and in abundance. Fun circle. Credit and thanks to the hares.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: Next go around is September 19 at 6pm, meet at Boomerang Bar. Diddy Dicker will take the chimps about town for a crawl and a drink.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: Nothing is yet scheduled although the PH3 (Monday) had suggested to some hashers they would like to do a "Lunar" run sometime in January that will coincide with some other special events they are having. Nothing formal has come to the GM of the Jungle Irregular Lunar Run, AFC. AFC agreed to talk to the GM of the PH3 find out if they are going to make their own Lunar Run of if they will ask the Irregular to partner.
  
  

• Rags: All good

• Website/FB: Not yet up to date but all good.
  
  

• Hare Line: Condition Green. Thanks to Lord Lucan for stepping up to hare Oct. 7th run. Hareline is full up to the new year. Bam Bam wants to organize something with the other Aussies to make another Aussie special run and will get back to us on developments.
  
  

• General Business:
  - Xmas dinner was discussed. Nickys Bar was suggested. Bam Bam will talk to Nicky about hosting the dinner, fees, menu, etc. Good location and Nicky's has been a good supporter of the group. We expect to attract about 50 hashers to the dinner. We will see if we could bring our own wine. December 21 was a date to be considered.
  
  

• Next meeting 2 October @ Korandos Bar

Meeting was called adjourned by the GM at 18:45 BUT, Rumpled Foreskin cleverly pointed out that the meeting is NOT adjourned since the word "adjourned" means the meeting will be resumed in the future. Since this meeting will NOT be resumed, therefore can not be "adjourned" but more correctly, the meeting is officially CLOSED.
