Sick of the Voat censorship, I appreciate this group. I hope my post here helps elucidate the confusion over "who is a Jew?" and what it means to be Jewish.
First, some background: My family is crypto Jewish and of the bloodline of King David. My birth surname reflected that fact. We have the big noses (mine was fixed thrice, LOL), funny-looking eyes, etc. Our religion was "Baptist," but we never practiced it really (only went to Easter service twice, and that was to put on a show for my grandmother). There wasn't even a bible in our house. I have never, ever set foot in a synagogue. There are Freemasons galore on both my maternal and paternal sides, and some were high-degree Masons. One GGGF was a wealthy plantation owner in Georgia. We did not live in a "Jewish section" of town. However, we lived in the Old Deep South, which I have since learned is full of crypto Jews.
My father was the most pro-Jewish member of the family. He drove into our brains that the Jews were "victims of the holocaust" but strong people who were "survivors." He read a lot of pro-Jewish propaganda like Leon Uris books. However, he described us as WASPs (White Anglo-Saxon Protestants). He never outright told me that we were Jewish but did state that we were "Jewish back there somewhere." However, as I stated before, the surname was a huge clue. Subsequent genealogy research confirmed this without a doubt.
During my active dating years I went out with mostly crypto Jews, although at the time I was unaware of this. Thrice I was engaged, all three times to fellow crypto Jews: The first time was to a big-nosed guy whose middle name was "Jude." The latter two engagements were to young men from "prominent" families who were descendants of Robert the Bruce, the Scottish king. Bing Crosby was in the bloodline of one, and Robert Spottswood, the Royal Governor of Virginia was in the bloodline of the other. All three families were outwardly practicing "Protestants" but looked very Jewish. One family was Methodist, one Presbyterian, and one Episcopalian.
All three families of the young men I was engaged to didn't just meet me; they vetted me! All the questions were about Jews -- how I felt about Jews, etc. -- and Jewishness. The latter two families were especially extensive with their vetting, practically interrogating me about my familial line.
All of these young men had dysfunctional families, one worse than others. We are talking alcoholism, infidelity, etc. My own family was severely abusive. We children suffered chronic physical and emotional abuse (some animal abuse too), and I was sexually abused as well.
The point of this post is to share with you what I have learned. And that is that Jewishness is about genes/DNA/bloodlines, not the religion of Judaism.
Consider these points:
* One cannot convert to a big nose, funny-looking eyes, and a surname ending in -stein or -berg
* Jews typically marry other Jews. That makes the Jewish "community" a closed gene pool, which is why so many geneticists love to study them.
* There are scores of Jewish GENETIC diseases.

Obviously, this has nothing to do with the religion of Judaism or going to a synagogue.
* Rabbis state that there is a Jewish "race."
http://rense.com/general45/race.htm* Jews refer to their "tribe." Obviously, "tribe" has nothing to do with religion.
* Every crypto Jewish male that I have researched since becoming "awake" about governmental conspiracies has married a Jewish (bloodline, not religion) woman.
* Jews attempt to hide themselves behind changed surnames and outward religions, but once you learn what to look for you can spot them. Craniofacial morphology and body habitus are excellent ways to spot them. (Again, this is about genes/DNA and not religion.) Genealogy, if available, is also quite helpful.
* There are "Jewish sections" in many towns and cities, yet there are no "Methodist sections" or "Baptist sections." If these are all "religious ties," then why not?
There is much, much more I could post on this. This is the "primer." I hope you find it helpful.
