Role	Performance Engineer
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	· Hands on experience in HP-LoadRunner and HP-Performance Centre 11+ · STRONG scripting skills using Web (HTTP/HTML), AJAX TrueClient (Browser and DFE) and Web Services protocols of LoadRunner · Proficient in creating complex scripts using manual correlation · Proficient in C and Java programming languages · Experience in all aspects of performance testing including test planning, documentation, execution, defect management and reporting · Proficient in creating performance test plan and load test scenarios · Expert in running load tests and problem solving via working with various infrastructure teams · Experience in collecting, collating, analyzing and presenting performance test results · Ability to manage 3-5 projects simultaneously · Experience in categorizing and prioritizing workload · Ability to communicate with PMs, BAs, developers and other stakeholder to gather performance requirement · Knowledge of Site Scope (good to have)
