login after instalation

I install the CMS Pixie on localhost, but cannot login to admin!
Instalation is succesfull and correct. If I look in database on rows
"pixie_users" is blank! Why?
If manually insert name and pasword in database, and trying login to
admin with new name and pasword admin write: Your login is incorrect!
Why. Whats I doing badly.
