Is there a preferred bug tracker for us to use as we identify issues
with the code? We should know what we're each working on to make sure
we're not duplicating effort or wasting it by working on something
that isn't desired.

Can you create issues in github?

Barring that, I hear good things about Lighthouse.

I'm trying out the GitHub issues system, but going to Lighthouse may
offer more features when it comes to actually assigning bugs and
tracking them.

I like Lighthouse a lot, but it doesn't allow free projects to have
multiple administrators. Only Philippe would be able to alter bugs'
properties, and that's not really ideal for an open-source project.

GitHub's Issues have some issues (I'm still using Launchpad for
Sparkle's tracking), but the guys are aware of the problems; it looks
like they might get fixed soon.
