Sub not honored, again...

This is the second month in a row where it appears my sub scription is not honored after renewal. Can you please fix this? Is this a way for me to get the dailies I should be getting to date? It renewed on the 22nd so I've already been shorted 4 days. Same thing from last month. I replied on my original inquiry regarding this that was resolved last month, but it looks like no one has taken a look yet. I'll respond with screens like before. I rely on the scratchies.
