We are organizing with several groups to bring a video game event to
BarCamp during it's first night socializing, March 30th. Brainstorming
ideas now, including a showcase of projects on Kickstarter and 8-Bit
Funding about indie game development. Our larger goal is a Jam on
crowd-sourcing and building new economies for DIY self-publishing. If
you're interested, get in touch. We're excited by the possibility of
starting a Local Kickstarter group to promote projects in Portland and
surrounding areas.
