Below are specific needs, roles, and times/dates. Any assistance (if you’re available) is welcome and greatly appreciated!
I. Project Planning (This week):
A) Event Card (by Wed, June 13th): Help create an event card with basic information, image, and feedback (contact us, join our mailing list, etc).
B) Survey (by Thursday, June 21st). Create a feedback form to help measure our success and improve the startup. We’ll use survey monkey which makes this super easy.
C) Spread event cards and posters (by Tue, June 19th).
NW: Ground Kontrol, Backspace, Portland Art Institute, and Powells.
SW: PSU Student Groups, Departments in Engineering, Computer Science, Health, and Humanities.

II. Day Of the Event (June 21st):
4-6pm
A) Advance Preparation: Help set the welcoming table of food, arrange space, and prepare materials.
6-6:45pm
B) Host the welcome table: greet people warmly, check-in attendees from a master list and drop-ins, and offer materials (name tags, etc.)
6:30-8:30pm
C) Video Tape the panel and conversation that follows
6:30-8:30pm
D) Tweet interesting or important moments.
(We want to tell a good story about the event. Who is here? What questions are people asking? What did a speaker say that really caught our imagination or attention?)
8:45-9:15 Cleanup
