Requirement Title: Sr. Security Analyst.

Location Harrisburg, PA

Duration: 6Months Plus

 

The roles for this position are listed as follows.

 

·         Address security incidents in RSA Archer.  Ensure policies are continuously met.

·         Review DLP logs from the agencies for data loss.  Assist in tuning the application to remove false positives.

·         Review Bluecoat Internet web filter reports and generate reports to ensure Internet access is not being abused.

·         Ensure agencies meet compliance metrics based on their respective responsibilities.  Work requires knowledge of HIPAA and PCI. 

·         Assist agency staff in interpreting Commonwealth ITP regulations, Commonwealth management directives and compliance frameworks such as NIST, IRS pub 1075, HIPAA, PCI.

·         Review vulnerability scans provided by EISO to reduce the risk posture to the agencies.

·         Provide information security officer services to anyone who requests assistance.  ISO assistance is a service that EISO provides to any agency who requests for assistance.

·         Act as Enterprise Information Security Office representative to various committees and workgroups.

Job Title: Systems Engineer, Datacenter Operations

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Duration: 24 months+

 

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer for our Charlotte, North Carolina office.  This individual will be responsible for providing technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and on-going day to day support across Datacentre operations. This role will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas; particularly Windows server operations, monitoring, virtualization, backup, replication and cloud based technologies.  In addition to the technical leadership and experience required to be successful in this role, ability to plan, adapt processes and take initiative to directly investigate, troubleshoot, conduct root cause analyses and in still this in your team members is highly valued.

Job Objectives:

  • Provide support for global data center environment which includes Windows server technologies, VMware, VEEAM and general server/datacentre maintenance
  • Provide support for VMware VSphere, Microsoft Hyper V, HP Blade and rack mount servers, NetApp SAN storage
  • Provide immediate 3rd level server support for problems escalated by Datacentre Operations Team, Service Desk, App/Dev., or business users.
  • Provide general server support and maintenance; implement patching and proactive maintenance plans; develop best practice maintenance plans
  • Proactively review and update monitoring systems, take action on alerts, and review/revise thresholds/alerts to ensure infrastructure stability
  • Perform thorough root cause analysis, best practice troubleshooting techniques and processes, and procedures as defined by hardware/software vendors and personal experience
  • Proactively support, maintain, create and update associated build and standard operating procedure documentation. Plan and implement necessary updates as required for support relevance.
  • Identify, document, publish and uphold systems policies, standards, procedures, checklists, agreements, diagrams, inventory, etc.
  • Identify, plan and lead projects and tasks necessary to assess, optimize, proactively manage, and maintain enterprise and client systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure all support requests, projects and other tasks are reviewed, prioritized, addressed and completed in a timely and proficient manner
  • Identify, document, publish and uphold systems policies, standards, procedures, checklists, agreements, diagrams, inventory, etc.
  • Perform on-call duty for non-business hours support as per shift assignments
  • Perform administrative tasks pertaining to time entry and status reporting

 

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelors degree in Computer/IT or IS Engineering/Science required; advanced degrees or certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc) a plus

·         10+ years of systems infrastructure and architecture experience, preferably within a small to mid-sized and diversified financial or professional services organization that operate in a virtualized environment

·         Proficient in advanced Microsoft technologies, such as clustering, VEAMM, Microsoft Exchange 2013 DAG services, SQL 2005, 2008, 2012, 2014, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware

  • VMware, Windows Server Infrastructure experience is required.
  • Excellent technical skills including, however, not limited to, Microsoft Operating systems server 2003-2016, Exchange 2010-2013, Active Directory, VEEAM, Networking (both LAN and WAN), TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Experience working with HP Server and Blade class machines including HP virtual connect

·         Experience using monitoring including SolarWinds, MS SCOM and Idera

·         Solid track record of supporting cloud-based disaster recovery (DR) with advanced technology solutions and achieving desired RPO and RTO levels

·         Demonstrated knowledge and success in efficiently managing, investigating and improving upon IT systems/resources and project imperatives 

·         5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of managing complex globally dispersed teams

·         Proven experience and an advanced ability to independently make sound and value-add judgment calls in a highly transactional business context

·         Proven experience and ability to complete large scale systems migrations as required Exchange, and other. 

·         Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

·         Cloud solutions experience managing Azure/AWS O365/SharePoint online is a plus

·         Ability to develop automated processes leveraging Powershell scripting is a plus

·         Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and an effective player/coach

·         Must be comfortable presenting to Management

·         Creative and data oriented problem solver; detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills

Title : Business Analyst with Commercial Lending Experience.

Duration: 12 months+  Contract

Location: Pasadena, CA

Required Skills:

          Good experience in Commercial Lending Domain, including but not limited to:

          Commercial Loan Products and some related understanding

          Loan Origination, Appraisal and Underwriting process

          Well versed in requirements elicitation techniques – needs to directly interface with business users for requirements

          Hand on experience in converting requirements to user stories in JIRA (preferred)

          Well rounded business analysis skills – elicitation, process mapping, scoping, NFRs identification, use case conversion, acceptance criteria identification

          Experience in managing product backlog on a tool (JIRA preferred)

          Should be well versed in scrum ceremonies to be able to effectively manage the development process

          Stand up meetings

          Grooming / Planning sessions

          Leading the sprint demo

          Conduct and lead UAT sessions to get business signoff

          Experience in managing a product

          Excellent communication skills
