Position: Sales force Solution Architect

Job Description;
Minimum Qualifications:
· 10+ years of enterprise experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP), filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior resources.
· 5+ years of experience as a Functional Architect, Business Analyst or Consultant in a mid to large sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrix organization.
· Led 2-3 end to end Salesforce CRM implementations as a Solution Architect with Service Cloud Implementations
· Ability to lead discussion with multiple stakeholders on architecture side.
· Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs
· Exposure to key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, master data management and agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
· Apttus exposure
· Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
· Guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.

Required Experience:
· Provide overall integration technical guidance and leadership for delivery of projects involving Salesforce as well as a variety of supporting applications to ensure the solutions meet both the business and technical requirements.

Position: Hybris Billing Architect:
Location: Eagan, MN
Duration: 6 to 12 months+
· Functional side with understanding of the business domain Services billing
· Experienced in Subscription based billing
· Experience in Business analysis and Blue printing the phase that requires an expert.
· Experience in working large Telecom, software, media or industry involving high volume billing
· Solid Order to cash background with billing as an area of focus in the services service industry
· Exposed to ecommerce and marketing domain
· Exposed to SAP, salesforce, Apttus, AEM familiar environment.
· Designing and architecting the solution in a green field environment. Architect has to be able to standup in front of the customer and lay out the high level design, lead the discussions, demonstrate confidence and stand as a custodian of the program from an architecture stand point

Position: BUSINESS ANALYST
Location: Eagan, MN
Duration: 6 months to 12 months
· He should be a Business Analyst with at least 8-10 years of experience.
· Should have an understanding of e-commerce, retail business domain. (Minimum of 4 to 5 years of prior or current project experience in the e-commerce domain).
· Should have implemented e-commerce projects at enterprise level. This shall require championing the project on behalf of the business by interacting with all stake holders involved (front end/back end teams etc.) seamlessly.
· Should have experience in maintaining customer facing portal assessing customer journey, User Interface, campaign/promotion handling with regards to content/product, user guides, customer profile handling, product guides.
· An understanding dependencies involved upstream-downstream from a business process standpoint and has exposure to analytical, ETL, migration, reporting etc.
· 6. Should understand the end to end project context – BRD to deployment/releases in an Agile environment with stand up meetings, releases etc.
· Be able to work with Business/product owners/SME’s on the one hand and the developers/SCRUM/UI designer on the other seamlessly.
· Highly desirable if the candidate has prior experience working with marketing/content/campaign/promotion/catalogue management with focus on enhancing customer experience interacting with the product & services being offered on respective enterprise website.

Position: DIGITAL ARCHITECT/ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT – DIGITAL
Location: Eagan, MN
Duration: 6 to 12 months+
ROLE PURPOSE
•To be the single point of responsibility for all architectural deliverables for a given project or programme especially in the customer experience space
•Role will comprise of one or more of the following functions: Enterprise Architect, Solutions Design Assurance, Solutions Architecture Definition, Architecture Strategy creation
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for delivering the end to end solution architecture for major programs in the CX/UX, E-commerce, digital marketing and cloud applications SAAS space
•Provide architecture design and thought leadership in the growing space of customer experience
•Responsible for ensuring the architecture is scalable, meets quality requirements and delivers business objectives with the right back end systems integration
•Responsible for ensuring that technical designs created by other teams within the project or programme comply with agreed architecture standards, best practices and are fit-for-purpose.
•Prepares for and participates in the technical governance of projects & programmes at key stages – Technical Commitment Review, Project Commitment and Fitness For Launch
•Provide point of contact for development staff, Enterprise Architects (EAs), and Principal Architect for issues in product delivery.

TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
•Solid experience in systems and techniques in the following areas; Adobe Experience Manager v6.2 years+, Hybris eCommerce Suite 5 years +, Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies including Search & Promote, Target, Site Catalyst/Omniture, Social. RESTful APIs, JSON & XML, strong experience in Java including Spring, Sling, JCR and OSGI.
•A wide variety of Solutions Architecture experience – across multiple business contexts
•At least 10 years of Solutions Architecture or equivalent technical and assurance experience
•Consulting experience with a strong track record at a leading IT consultancy or large corporate
•Strong experience leading marketing platform and e-commerce systems architecture on a global basis
•Preferred experience of several of the following enterprise applications platforms; Web Content Management, eCommerce, Web Analytics, Data integration, Product Information Mastering, Master and Meta Data Management
•Understanding of supporting areas of technology such as SAAS cloud computing, application security, data centres, virtualisation, ERP integration
•Ideally a Development/Systems background with experience across the full project lifecycle
