Is there a way to track a person's score using Pivote? Say for example
they take a quiz, and at the end it tells them they got a 85/100. How
would I set that up in a Pivote exercise?

You can do that easily by counters.

Create a counter on the home page of the exercise, eg "score"

Then for each node that changes the score set up a "counter rule" to
change the counter value, eg +1 or -1 (note that there is currently a
bug where +1 shows up as != 1, but don't worry its stored as +1)

Then when you want to give feedback the simplest way is just to
include the counter as %score% in a text node, as in "You got %score%
out of 100".

There are also ways to change the counters from the action field of a
chatbot XInfo and also from the answer or right/wrong actions of a
multiple choice question XInfo , in both cases the code is:

<counter><id>score</id><rule>+1</rule></counter>

Hope this helps
