Spam and Invite Moderation

I've just switched on moderation of invites to the group to try and
block the spam, rather than having to mederate each message. Mind you
I note that the spam addresses don't appear in the members list, so I
don't know if that means they are joining/posting/leaving or finding
another way in. If we still get Spam we'll turn on message moderation.
