The new PIVOTE Governance has been created and uploaded to the wiki (http://www.daden.co.uk/pivote/wiki/doku.php?id=pivote_governance)
Thanks to the team at St Georges for making this possible. As a next step I would like to outline what I would like to happen now.
Currently we are looking for 2 Ordinary Members to join the PIVOTE Board. Ordinary members are voted annually onto the board. The vote will be carried out via a web polling system, and if there is a large interest we will use the PIVOTE wiki to feature the details of each prospective member.
Essentially if you are interested and what to put yourself forward or would like to nominate a colleague please forward nominations on to me at (andrew...@daden.co.uk)
We will discuss this further at the end of the PIVOTE Community meet on the 8th July.
Polling will begin on Monday the 12th once nominations are received, please express your interest publicly and rally the community for their support and secure votes!
Polling will close five days after opening, so please get your votes in and show your support.
Once counted and new members confirmed we will arrange a date for our first PIVOTE board meeting under the new Governance model! Exciting stuff!
Finally I have also begun updating the Community User List (http://www.daden.co.uk/pivote/wiki/doku.php?id=pivote_community_user_list) if you would like your profile displayed here you can update the page directly, alternatively if you would like me to put your information on this page let me know!
All the best and see you all on the 8th July! :)
