Just tweaked the student session viewing routines in PIVOTE Manager.
These changes are now live on the hosted Daden service and will be in
the next formal release (1.3):
* Given an account level option to list/view/export/delete
sessions, rather than just at the exercise level
* Actually wrote the code for CSV export - originally just
exported a 1 line summary. Now does a tab separated variable dump of
all the listed sessions
* Removed the TutorGroup column from the reports as we don't use
it any more
* Added a Score column driven by any "score" counter, as this is
likely to be quite a common need. Other counters can be viewed at the
SID level. Some time in the future we could add the code to choose
which counters to show.
