PIVOTE 1.2 Upgrade

We will be upgradding the Daden hosted service to the new 1.2 release
of PIVOTE today. Service should not be effected and the outage limited
to about 5 minutes. If you see any problems please let us know.

We'll be putting thew source to 1.2 onto Google Code hopefully by
Thursday's meeting, along with the new controller.

Key features in 1.2 are:

- chatbot support
- multiple choice forms support
- new single box controller support
- Second Life Shared Media support
- more author choice on on-screen display of things like node names
and options

We'll be adding release notes to the Wiki (as soon as we can fix the
problem that has at the moment!).
