PIVOTE Product & Community Manager

Thought you would all like to know that here at Daden we've recently
recruited Andrew Jinman (Jiz Source in SL and ex TwoFour Learning Ltd)
as our vLearning Analyst. Much of his work will involve PIVOTE so he's
also going to be taking on the roles of PIVOTE Product & Community
manager for Daden. What that really means is that all the things we'd
love to have done with PIVOTE but just haven't had the time to do we
can now give to Andrew!

Amongst his first tasks are:

- moving documentation off of Google Code and onto a proper Wiki
(Google Code will remain the repository for the code)
- improving the documentation and creating some better examples
- helping our hosted service users to get started with PIVOTE
- helping to set up the new PIVOTE governance
- setting up monthly in-world PIVOTE meets, talks and demos

Andrew will be actively monitoring this group - so will be on hand to
ask any questions you may have. You can also email him direct at
andrew...@daden.co.uk - but please keep any PIVOTE related
questions to this group so we can all benefit from the answers.

We have also recruited a new programmer at Daden, and once they start
in a couple of months we'll be able to move the PIVOTE code base on
significantly.

A real buzz is growing around PIVOTE at the moment, and we're keen to
keep supporting and growing PIVOTE as best we can.
