problem with https://svn.pivotallabs.com

Hi, All of a sudden when we try to access svn via svn.pivotallabs.com
were getting:

% svn update
Authentication realm: <https://svn.pivotallabs.com:443> Subversion
Password for 'cinch':

And if I put the pw in it fails
