Hi Badger,

In today's tough economy, keeping customers means providing them with an excellent digital experience, but achieving that can be a challenge. How can we know if we're doing it right? Can we measure it, tie it to profits, and make better decisions because of it? Don't worry, we've got you covered!

We've collected some resources to help you keep tabs on your customer experience and get the answers you need. With this information, your business can stay strong and competitive, even when times are tough. We hope this helps!

Focus on digital experience

How often do you hear the vague advice to "measure more" or "focus on the customer" without any concrete guidance on how? Engineering and product metrics like change failure rate and MAUs may provide clues, but to truly understand your customers' experience, your entire team needs the metrics to see your software through their eyes.

This new Digital Experience Guide gives you the best metrics, tools, and methods to capture digital experience, so that you can prioritize what matters most to your customer.

The Crash Free Users score in Raygun is a perfect indicator for development teams who care about software quality to focus their efforts. It tells you what percentage of users didn’t encounter a crash or error while using your software and is an ideal north star to gauge the overall quality of your software. This gives developers and tech executives a common language for how to measure and improve their app’s user experience.

What are Core Web Vitals, and why should you care? Let’s power through the essentials of CWV, CX and their impact on $$$. This is written with the busy software executive in mind - so we’re sticking to a clear, big-picture view of metrics, user experience and revenue.
