PIVLab 2.36 crashing in catalina/2019b

Hi William and others,

PIVLab 2.36 just started crashing non-stop for me in 2019b on Catalina. It opens and can analyze a frame or so, but if I click any of the buttons (mask, settings, sliders, etc.) it crashes. If I try to change the PIV window, it crashes as well. These crashes appear as hanging errors without error messages in the command window. Anyone else seeing this or have any ideas?

Where can we download the older versions of PIVlab in case that makes the difference?

You could try Matlab online, that worked for me. It is browser based, and you have free access if your subscription is still fresh.

I just had a chat with two Matlab employees, and they said they will identify colleagues that will help me with this problem.

Well, apparently they don't want to help anymore. Nevertheless, you can apparently download all previous releases by clicking on "version history" in Matlab file exchange.
