Velocity image reconstruction using MATLAB

Hi,

I’m currently trying to recreate the velocity image after exporting the data into MATLAB, but I’m having trouble replicating the same visual output.

Could you please let me know which image smoothing algorithms were used? I’d also be happy to receive any suggestions or guidance you might have. I have also attached some sample frames.
