Ensemble Analysis Command Line

Hi, I'm trying to write a command line or .m file to automate PIV analysis of serveral folders of images. My workflow includes using the ensemble analysis PIV option. I am not finding any clear way of how to call the ensemble analysis via command. can this be done? If so how could I go about doing it?

I have checked the commandline example script that comes with the PIV installation and I dont see where I could change to have the ensemble be done.

Have you considered running the GUI in batch mode?

The ensemble correlaation code is this one:

You could check the code for occurrences and then set breakpoints and check what variables are passed to the function.
