Hello all,

I’m new to PIVlab and have a question about masking my Image series. I want to exclude certain objects from my images and use a binary image as a mask. The mask for every Image is different. Is there a way to load all mask Images and apply them to their corresponding frame?

Also, the binary mask Image is only for the ROI; I couldn’t find how to apply the loaded mask only to the in PIVlab selected ROI.

I would be delighted to receive an answer.

Best regards,

Benjamin

Hi, yes you can load masks or also generate them automatically inside PIVlab (new in PIVlab 3.0)
The size of your masks need to be the same as the PIV image. Then you can just load a series of masks and apply them.
