Hello all!

Firstly, I want to preface this by asking you to excuse me for posting this query here, I was hoping that someone might have a solution for this problem I've been facing since most of them likely use/would have used Paraview to meet your data representation needs at some point in time.

I am using the .vtk file exported from PIVlab to plot the data using Paraview

I am trying to adjust the length of the arrowheads in the vector magnitude plot, according to the magnitude (Figure 1. attached), by default Paraview plots the vector information with arrows of uniform length.

Can anyone suggest to me how do I navigate through this problem?!

Very much appreciate for taking the time!

Best,
Dinesh

Hello Dr. William,

Can we also plot 2d velocity color mapped velocity fields in Paraview (similar to representation in Figure 1.)?

I have been trying to figure this, but no luck so far...

Yes of course you can do that, but I would also have to read a tutorial to remember how exactly

Great! I have been trying to find out relevant tutorial materials in this pursuit, Dr. William. it would be of great help If you could direct me to any resource so that I can figure a workaround from there!

Hi, I attached a state file and a data file + scsreenshot, so you can see how it works.
