Hello Partners,
Here is your opportunity to give feedback about the public workforce systems.
As you know, Partner4Work and its regional partners are engaged in a public workforce development planning process, setting the priorities for workforce activities in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County and the broader southwestern Pennsylvania region. These multiyear plans outline the strategic vision for workforce development as defined by the Boards of Directors and elected officials, and are in alignment with the vision set for the state by Governor Wolf. The draft of the plans are currently online and available for comment here. Additionally, a forum to collect feedback from the community at-large is planned for 10 a.m. August 16th at Partner4Work (Centre City Tower, Suite 2600, 650 Smithfield St., Pittsburgh, PA 15222)
As our key partner, yours is a vital voice at the table; your feedback is critical as we work to refine and finalize these plans. Our consultants have developed a short survey to collect your input in preparation for the public forum. Kindly take a few minutes to share your thoughts and ideas. With your help, we will craft the priorities and strategies that will positively impact communities and ensure our region’s businesses and people continue to thrive.
