We've got three registered riders thus far...don't forget registration closes tonight. (After that, some form of RBA-directed groveling will be required if you wish to ride...)

I scouted most of the route today. A couple of minor fixes and clarifications to the cues have been made on the route, but there is one interesting wrinkle.

Amusingly, although Bunola River Rd out of Elizabeth has finally been re-opened, the road just before the prior closure is now closed for work on a bridge. I was able to casually walk through on foot this afternoon. So, while I make no promises that it is passable on Saturday, I suspect it will be, and personally plan to walk the bike on through.
If it is not passable: the best alternate route is to make a left up the hill on Walker Rd immediately beforehand at mile 8.1, then a right at the end on Williamsport Rd.
Option 1: From there, if you wish to be bold, you can make a right onto Saddler's Hollow Rd about 1.5 miles further; it is blocked to car traffic, but appears passable by bike. If so, it'll take you to a right on Pangburn Hollow Rd, which will bring you to a left on Bunola to rejoin the route.
Option 2: Stay on Williamsport Rd to a right on William Penn Rd after about 3 miles, then a right on Pangburn Hollow to the left on Bunola River Rd.
Note that the alternatives are pretty hilly segments; to be fair, they're also pretty, hilly segments.

Thanks. That was a fun route!

Glad you liked it! I'm considering a variation that is identical through Perryopolis, but stays on road and up on the ridge for most of the return leg.

I arrived at West Newton at 11 AM just as the beer cart and smash burger concession opened for the day.  That was dandy.  They are just behind the train station building.  Definitely perked me up.
