Role: Support Lead
Location: Montvale, NJ
Responsibilities:
· Lead the Production Support operations and act as SME for JIRA ,Confluence and ARIS product suites
· Manage and co-ordinate support team activities required for critical incidents, major issues, escalations
· Provide timely updates, periodic/weekly reports, executive summary reports etc to Customer directors and Business teams
· Host weekly review meetings with Customer directors and Business teams
· Participate in planning and technical review meetings with Infrastructure team, Architect team etc
· Review and co-ordinate Change Management activities
· Facilitate investigations with relevant technical teams, liaise with Product vendor etc to for addressing recurring issues and improving application performance
Basic experience Required:
8-10 years overall experience with at least 3-4 years of Production Support management/Lead experience
Technical expertise in JAVA, Apache Tomcat
Other Specific technical expertise (preferred):
Hands on (Production Support) Experience in JIRA, Confluence, ARIS
