Pittsburgh Goo-Goos are progressives from various groups who all call for better governance at all levels. It is a loose, informal network. Join us at our bi-monthly goo-goo gathering. All are welcome.
* What’s a “Goo-Goo”?! In the old corrupt political machine days at the turn of the 20th Century in America, people opposed to government being carried out in “smoke-filled rooms” organized “Good Government Clubs”. Their detractors called them the “Goo-Goo’s”, which they considered a badge of honor.

With one week to go before the primary Election (the one that COUNTS in Allegheny County), there'll be sure to be several candidates attending.
