Greetings!
As per tradition, the Wilderness Medicine Group goes camping the last
weekend in Feb. Erin Nuzzo and I, as avid outdoorsy people, will be
leading the adventure this year.
Due to the recently warm weather, we foresee that we will not be
snowshoeing-however this just means we can pack more dinner/drinks
with us. Still, if it be snowy-we will rent snowshoes.
We want anyone to come who can-the plan is to leave early in the
morning on Feb. 25 for an overnight to return with awesome stories of
our heroism the following day. Please RSVP so that we can reserve
shelters.
Location: the Laurel Highlands
When: Feb 25-26th

Don't think I can make it this year but FYI, a good way to check the snow situation is the laurel ridge XC ski center webcam-the trail goes right by this spot.
