Hello Everyone!

I hope the upcoming cold weather isn't discouraging you from going out and getting some miles on your bikes! We have a few upcoming deadlines that you should all know about as well as some events in the next week. 

    First, DUES ARE DUE BY OCTOBER 15. You can pay with cash, check (made out to "Pitt Cycling" or "University of Pittsburgh", venmo or paypal (email srr44 about details). Dues are $400 or $250 due on the 15 and $250 due on January 15. The dues will cover full kits (jersey, bib shorts, jacket, arm and leg warmers, gloves and boot covers) as well as food and the majority of the expense for the races. You can bring dues to practice any day this week and give it to any of the board members. Remember to fill out the google form for the kit so I know how many kits to order at once. 

    Second, THERE IS NO PRACTICE ON MONDAY OCTOBER 17. This is because of fall break. We will likely plan a training ride instead, this is absolutely NOT MANDATORY we will be pushing hard, however. 

    Third, on October 15 and 16 from 10am to 2pm, we will be in front of the William Pitt Union doing free bike tune ups. If you are interested in volunteering to help with tune ups as well as bike fits, please send us an email. We will bring speakers to play music and tools as well as 1 bike stand. Hopefully we will have a fun time and fix some bikes.

    Fourth, the deadline to order cycling kit is on NOVEMBER 10 at 11:59pm, so spread the word about the kits, the link is below.
