If you actually do race you probably already got this schedule in an email
from M. Tierney, but just in case, it's attached.
Please note that the title on the schedule is in the Spice Island Tea Room
menu font. You might want to change that font because it's not very
aggressive, and you don't want your race schedule to make you think
"unaggressive" every time you look at it. However, imagine the wond'rous
possibilities of printing out an "extra" page to the Spice Island menu and
sneaking it into the real menu, ultra-low prices, double portions and all,
the next time you go.
And now stop imagining it because they're a swell restaurant and you should
be ashamed of yourself for trying to rip them off. Besides, you'd get
caught. You are just not smooth enough to pull that off.
