Version 1.4.1 is out

Dear PITLAKQ users,

There was a change in the library that reads Excel files. I just released
PITLAKQ 1.4.1 that works with this new version. This is only relevant if
you use PITLAKQ's sub-modules that read Excel files such as gwh or loading.

As always, you can find detailed installation instructions here: [1].

This is a Python-3.6-only release. If you still work with Python 3.4
and your installed PITLAKQ version uses an older Excel-reading library,
your PITLAKQ should work fine.

Just in case you wonder what version adds what new features.

Let me know if you have any issues installing this version.
