Multi-Part Lake

Can you guide me on what the configuration of the PITLAKQ model would be for a lake that has more than 200 m depth, has no tributaries, only inputs from rainfall and pit walls. I cannot run it from low levels because a dry cells error appears. I understand it's possible to model it as several Branchs. Please can you help me,
