We are glad to inform you that POOLED CAMPUS DRIVE is being organized at PITAM . DATA PATTERN is the sole Recruiter of the Drive organized for the benefit of 2015 passed out students. Necessary details regarding the drive are given hereunder.

Compensation : First 3 Months Rs.10,000 PM after 3rd Month Rs. 15,000 PM

SKILL SET FOR POST I :
Knowledge in basics of Electronics, Digital Electronics, LIC, Circuit Theory, Microprocessor and Microcontroller concepts
SKILL SET FOR POST II:
C Language, C++ Concepts, Data Structures, OS Concepts, Microprocessor and Microcontroller Concepts
SELECTION PROCESS:
· 1) Written Test – 1 Hour and 30 Minutes ( Aptitude, Verbal and Technical) in the college.
2) 2) HR TECHNICAL ROUND 1 in the company premises
3) 3) HR ROUND 2 in the company premises
Terms & Conditions of their Employment:
· If selected for employment the candidate will be required to join us as on 1st October 2015
· You will be on probation for 12 months from the date of Joining
· On successful completion of your probation period, you will be confirmed.
· Based on your performance appraisal, your compensation will be reviewed on confirmation
· As part of their joining formality you will be required to enter into a 36 months service agreement (3 year Bond) with us and you need to surrender your Original Mark sheets/Certificates to us for the duration of the agreement. Once the agreement period is over, the certificates will be returned to you. In case you separate from their employment before the agreement period, you will have to pay us a sum of Rs.90,000/- to get formally relieved.
· Only if the candidates are agreeable to all the above, they are requested to attend the written test.
