I'm using Subversion on Windows x64 with TortoiseSVN right now. How
can I install Piston on that?

1) Download Ruby http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/downloads/
2) Check everything in the installer and install it
3) Restart your cmd shell if you have it open
4) write: "gem install piston" when you are connected to the internet
5) wait
6) restart your cmd
7) use piston: "piston import ..." etc.
