I would probably just print the entire document and remove the unneeded pages in Acrobat or other PDF editor. In my job there is such a lot of PDF files generated from diverse applications moving around that a PDF editor is a must.

Hi all, I'm pretty new here and don't grok why I can do a CSV export of blog posts, but not landing pages. I'm sure they are structurally different and therefore somehow harder to extract from the mysterious depths of HubSpot.

So, I was hopeful about this workaround but when I view my Landing Pages tab, I don't see an option anywhere to "View Landing Page Analytics". Maybe I am using a lower tier of the tool and don't qualify for that option? Or maybe it moved somewhere else in the last 4 months? If anyone happens to know, I'd love another hint. Exporting the Traffic Analytics page will give you the "cms-all-pages-table-export" which provides an Excel/worksheet view of all pages, their URLs, publish status, and some additional data points.

The spreadsheet would provide insights such as whether a page is published or in draft mode, creation dates, and last update timestamps. By sharing this resource with our Marketing Managers and Content Experts, we can enhance collaboration, facilitate updates, and maintain a cleaner content repository.

I found a script by Peter Kahrel (Export individual book documents to PDF Peter Kahrel ) which perhaps could be tweeked to do what I want but not as it is. This script lets me export certain sections of a book but my image pages are scattered throughout the book and think I would only mess things up if I changed these pages to secitons instead. I have never really worked with sections so I'm not sure.

I don't see how I can use this. From what I understand I would have to define each page with an image as starting a new section. Just doing this would take a lot of time. I would also have to define the first page after each image page as a new section - since a section will be active for all consecutive pages until a new section is defined, right? Even so, I tried setting up just for this but it wouldn't let me choose which sections to export so I don't see how it could be of any use to me. Correct me if I'm wrong.

This is an important requirement when working on multi-page documents as some of the print services I use require different PDF's to be submitted for each section/part of the item. Currently I am having to use PDFSAM to extract the pages from the document, I know this is okay, but I do always worry that something will 'break' during this process.

I have created a 50 page master document and I want to save some pages individually as PDFs. For example, I want to export pages 38-40 as a PDF. Previously in CS5 I could just File > Export and then select the page range. However, I've just upgraded to Indesign 2020 and can't find a way to specify the page range. When I select "Range" it only has the option "All Pages". In CS5 I could manually type in the page number range that I wanted to export. Thank you!

Thank you, everyone. I've worked it. The simplest thing. In the previous version if you wanted to type in the page numbers for the range it was blank. This time it shows "All pages" as a drop-down menu. Turns out you can click on "all pages" and delete the text and type in your new numbers! So simple yet not necessarily obvious when you're used to the old interface. I spent hours trying to work this out last night (lesson: don't work late at night). Thank you, though.

We need more information in order to help you: What do you mean by "master document"? (Does that mean there are 50 master pages?) Please tell us what operating system (exactly) you're running. Please tell us (exactly) what InDesign version you're using.

Thanks for sharing this. I've also noticed the interface change and couldn't work out how to select pages either. I think it was confusing because "Selection" was greyed out, making it seem like it was All Pages or nothing. I knew there must have been a way around it, but I never made time to troubleshoot.

Adobe sux more and more. Making whole CC Series more complicated and dull. Software instead of being easier and user friendly is unreasonable simply stupid. Today took me 30 min of my time to look for stupid answer for this question. Every time something. It's very anoying. Anyone knows other software for work with vectors and text like ID? Neeeed change!

Rest assured you are not the only one to have been momentarily stumped. I'd been away from the program for a bit and needed to send an excerpt of a larger file via PDF, and stared at the screen forever.

I'm not sure if this has been covered in another thread, and/or if this is specifically due to the update to 1.9, but at the moment I'm having trouble exporting a flattened PDF and also smaller size multi-page pdf's from Publisher. This is with both new documents and old documents that, prior to the 1.9 update, I was able to export flattened/small size PDFs of with no issues.

Essentially what happens is that I will select the preset for PDF (flatten) and upon export, all the pages are blank. Image attached below along with images of my export settings. I don't know if this is due to the update, or if I somehow checked or unchecked something by accident, but if I use the (for print) presets, the exports work. In addition to this even the PDF (digital-small size) preset is exporting a file that is over 600MB, even though the DPI is set to 72dpi. It seems like as soon as I attempt an export telling it to rasterize everything in the export settings, I get a PDF that is blank. Again, this has never happened before and is now even happening on old documents which never had this issue.

My entire portfolio - well, 46 pages out of 48 - is now outputting BLANK PDFs except for headers and I am absolutely not mentally ready for the prospect of not being able to hand in my thesis project due to computer issues. We can't go in to uni; but even if we could, I use affinity and they use adobe..

...I've had some success with converting the linked PDFs into PNGs, then bringing them back in, but it's a real timesink (generally, I have a portfolio of sheets each with placed, linked PDFs or PNGs of work, made in Designer, and the text done in Publisher over the top; some of these images take a good long while to export).

I wonder if the issue is the PDFs I created in designer? Maybe there's some kind of version incompatibility happening so it's just ... skipping them instead of rasterising them? I don't know what I'm talking about though, I'm just a caffeine powered vibration at this point. I printed an earlier version of this file to PDF only a short time ago just fine (pre-1.9); now I need a low-res version for digital submission but I think 'nothin but text' is a bit TOO low-res for a master's architectural design thesis.

I don't know if this will help, but I found a solution last night where I exported all my pdfs from Designer, again, and updated the links in the Publisher document. I made sure that the color profiles matched the exports as well, meaning that when I exported the pages from designer I made sure to export them in RGB since that's what I needed on the export. This has never been an issue before and I hope it was some weird glitch, but for the time being re exporting all of my pdf files and then updating the links in Publisher solved it.

Are you able to export a non blank pdf if you don't rasterize it? Rasterizing seemed to be the main issue for me for some reason.
