Since 1.13 update I am not able to download Forge properly. Usually (for example 1.12) I would have clicked the Windows installer button and the forge file would download normally and it had the anvil icon and I was able to open it and install it. But since 1.13 and now also with 1.14 the Windows Installer button does not exist anymore. I tried downloading it by clicking the Installer button, but when it downloads it becomes a winrar file which you cannot run, I've tried opening it with Java (TM) Platform SE binary but when i run it a black window opens for 1 sec and then disappears.

أنت بحاجة الي تثبيت برنامج وينرار من خلال رابط التحميل بالأسفل ثم تنصيبه على الكمبيوتر بعد ذلك توجه الى الملف المضغوط المراد فك الضغط عنه والنقر مرتين ستفتح صفحة منبثقة وستجد بداخلها الملف يمكنك سحبه على سطح المكتب أو يمكنك النقر بالماوس كليك يمين ثم Extract files وسيقوم بفك الضغط عنه.
كيف يمكنني التعامل مع ملفات RAR
وينرار 64 يدعم الكثير من صيغ الملفات وعلى رأسهم rar لذلك يمكنك الإستعانة بالبرنامج فى ضغط أو فك الضغط عن الملفات يكفيك تثبيت البرنامج وتنزيل ملف الرار من الانترنت والنقر عليه مرتين وفتحه في Win rar أو بإمكانك تحديد الملف ثم النقر على استخراج الي وتحدد مسار ووجهة فك الضغط ثم النقر على موافق.

الحد الأقصي لحجم الملفات فى Rar أو ZIP أو حجم الملفات داخل Rar (889934591 جيجابايت) مع العلم أنه عند ضغط ملف بحجم أكبر من 4 جيجابايت سيتوجب عليك إستخدام نظام NTFS وذلك لأن أنظمة الملفات الأقدم لا تدعم مثل هذه الأحجام من الملفات.
إذا صادفك يوماً ظهور رسالة No Archives Found عند فك الضغط بإستخدام وينرار فلا داعي للقلق أو نقل الملف ولا داعى لتغيير الويندوز لأن الملف ليس معطوب كل ما تحتاجه هو تثبيت برنامج 7-zip وهو سيقوم بمعالجة هذه المشكلة نهائياً.
I didnt read your message but I can tell what you asking. When using winrar which I used to I would extract all files into a seperate folder in simobjects then planes. But this could get complicated so what I would do bro is dont use winrar. Easy thing to do is just unistall it because that way you will understand it alot easier.
My Computer is an icon on your desktop, double click on it.
Inside your main drive icon is "C".
Double click on that.
Look for a folder "Program Files".
Double click on that.
Look for a folder marked "Microsoft Games".
Double click on that.
Now you have a folder Flight Simulator.
Double click on that.
Laid out are all the simulator folders.
Aircraft is located in simobjects.
Follow the read-me that came with the aircraft.
You may have to put the contents of the downloaded effects into the effects folder, the same with the gauges-follow the read-me.
