Hi Gang, 

Just wanted to shoot an email around to let you know that the lunch with incoming PISCES4 students is next Wednesday from 12-1 in the LR room. Would love to have as many of you there that can come. 

If you can't be there and you have any words of advice you want shared, you can email me and I'll pass along.

I'm not sure if I can come, although I will try.

The main advice to people would be to put all their preceptor pagers (and back office numbers) into something they carry with them, either an electronic device or a notebook because getting through to the back of a clinic through the operator can be hell if you are running late and no one will give out pager numbers if they don't know you.

I think it is very, very important to convey how much of a hot mess I was for most of the year.

People said most students got into the groove around Christmas. I got into the groove around now. Very different timelines.

And still, everything is OK.
