Hi Sepideh,

In what format are your waveforms?  I can point you to some functions that may help, depending on the format.  I realize that Pisces needs some database-building scripts, and I've been working on them, but they haven't been released yet, unfortunately.  Until that time, I'm very happy to help you build your tables.

Thanks for your interest in Pisces!

Bet,
Jon

Hi Jon
Data format is SEGY ( can be MiniSEED too)
I am not sure how to follow http://jkmacc-lanl.github.io/pisces/tutorial.tables/  and produce tables that are associated with my events and waveforms!!
cheers

Sepi,

I've updated the Pisces documentation to demonstrate how to build the Wfdisc waveform table. Again, I'm working on build scripts in the next release; thanks for your patience.  The Site table can be similarly built, if you have access to Site table column information from within Python.
