"pisces-db" is now "pisces" on PyPI

Hello Pisces users,

Made possible by a generous project name donation, Pisces can now be installed from PyPI using "pip install pisces".  The previous name "pisces-db" still works for, but will not be updated and will stop working in the not-too-distant future.  This change is reflected in the project README, but I'll try to update the project documentation with this soon.
