Python 3 (only)!

Hi all,

The Python 3 version of Pisces is now on PyPI and tagged as 'v0.3.0' on GitHub.  This version does not support Python 2, which will no longer be supported soon. 

Since this version jumps from Python 2 to 3, a simple "pip -U" won't work.  You'll need to make a new conda/pip environment to use it, if you're not already working in Python 3.

Please give it a try, and file an issue if you have any...issues:-)
