Not connecting to virtualife server

The channel that my app used to connect migrated from gnet.org to virtualife server.
I already tried irc.virtualife.com.br:6667 and irc.virtualife.org:6667 but it seems i dont even have a response from server in any of two cases.
Please somebody help me, my users are without chat.

I can connect to that server on my end. Did you check if they were doing maintenance or had an outage?
