The website was Aliexpress.com, but you'll have to sift through to find the vendor.  The yellow Pirate jersey was a little difficult to find with a blank back.  Once you find the vendor to use and place an order, it takes about 3-4 weeks for delivery.  It will also cost anywhere from $45-$60 for the jersey if you personalize it.
