parties in North Carolina are:

Constitution Party of North Carolina
North Carolina Democratic Party
North Carolina Green Party

North Carolina Republican Party

The form is generally "Pirate Party X" (e.g. "Pirate Party Australia")
or "Pirate Party of X" (e.g. "Pirate Party of New Zealand"). From
communicating with the folks at http://pirate-party.us/ (listed with
Pirate Party International) the preferred form is "Pirate Party of the
United States."

I would also propose than within 2 weeks (15 February) we have this
settled so that signature petition drives can begin and have a full 3
months to work before the 15 May deadlines.
