To complete the signature petition forms, one of the needed things is
a chairman's name, with address and phone number. Let's discuss a
process for how to find such a chairman, with an eye on doing so in as
little as two weeks (15 February) to give a full three months time for
signature petitions to proceed before the deadline of 15 May.
