piqic-ocaml fails on assertion error when alternate edition "piqic ocaml" succeeds

Basically this is a moved post at the advice of a reply in the post:

Essentially, I have a .piqi file, and the newer versions of piqi, which are actually piqic-ocaml are failing to compile the .piqi to ml. piqic compiles it successfully. Just reporting a bug.

Just fixed this and released as a part of the latest 0.6.10 Piqi version. The fix is available through OPAM with the latest version of the piqilib package.
