Pipex throttle pkr.com

I would invite comments on this and give my reasoning as...

Past two nights now not been able to play poker on this site as i
thought i was having pc/internet problems. Other internet browsing
fine, but not this however. Eventually get online with pkr .com
support and they report that other pipex customers all experiencing
this and put it down to pipex throttling / limiting your ability to
play a "peak" times.

Not wasting my time with pipex support as they are critically useless
either on the phone or via email, both of which hasten beard growth
with the extent of time you spend hanging around waiting for a
response.

Not looking for comments on poker playing online people please :).
Anyone with similar experience on pipex or other isps?

Gonna change to Zen i think - they're pretty damn good and their
support is excellent. Used them a lot for business.

Well, have ditched pipex and am moving to Zen tomorrow, Friday, when
my connection should be ready. Was damn easy and will be getting a
much better service from whatever angle i look at it. 1 month contract
as well as they're confident in the service they provide.

One piece of advice - AVOID PIPEX and don't believe their so-called
"unlimited" service.
