Diatime Access Problem

Dialtime suddenly stopped working this AM, went to
https://secure.pipex.net/cgi-bin/unmetered/get-number/get-number.shtml

(via an 0845 backup number) and found they had changed my Dialtime
access number. Thanks Pipex for letting me know in advance ......NOT.
